Lettie G. Howard Sailing Tour Well-behaved dogs cruise for free on the Lettie G Howard, a pet-friendly tour at Dobbins Landing in Erie, PA. The sail boat is one of the last surviving Fredonia-style fishing schooners and is docked at the Erie Maritime Museum.
