Pet Friendly Lake Eola Park in Orlando, FL
Although technically not a dog park, the nearly 1-mile walking path around Lake Eola in downtown Orlando, Florida is very pet-friendly. There are several dog-related events that take place at Lake Eola each year, and almost any time of the day you'll find pet owners taking their four-legged friends for a walk around the lake. Poop bag dispensers are conveniently located on the lake path so that you can clean up after your pet. In addition to the lake path, visitors can also enjoy the swan boats available for rental by the hour and half hour. There is also an amphitheater where concerts and other events are regularly held, as well as a couple of pet-friendly restaurants next to the lake, which will allow you to dine outdoors with your pooch. They also allow pets up to 5 lbs on the swan boats.

Pet Friendly West Orange Dog Park in Winter Garden, FL
This is a pleasant dog park with plenty of shade and a water fountain for both dogs and humans. There are balls to chase, plenty of mulch to dig in, and time out pens (just in case)! There are two separate areas at the park -- one for smaller dogs and a bigger one for large dogs. Both have shaded seating areas for humans, some 'play equipment' to entertain dogs and a concrete path for walking on (handy if you need to bring a stroller or are in a wheelchair). Sometimes there is a paddling pool so your canine friend can cool off. There is a hose in the smaller park and both parks have plenty of plastic baggies to encourage people to pick up after their pet.
