Pet Friendly Cruse Dog Park in Springfield, MO
Cruse Dog Park offers a 1.5-acre area for small dogs and a 4.5-acre area for large dogs. Registration is required. The annual fee is $25 per dog, maximum of two dogs per person. Daily passes are also available for $10 per dog, per day, maximum of two dogs per person. All applicants must provide a copy of their dog's medical records from a licensed veterinarian for current vaccinations for Parvo, Distemper, and Bordetella. They must also provide a copy of their current Certificate of Rabies vaccine including their rabies tag number. Application forms are available at the Springfield-Greene County Park Board Office, 1923 N. Weller, Springfield, MO 65803 or by calling (417) 864-1049. Daily Passes are available at the Chesterfield Family Center, 2511 W. Republic Road, Springfield, MO. DIRECTIONAL NOTE: The main entrance to Cruse Dog Park is located on Grand, just east of Kansas Expressway.
