The pet beach access is about a 0.75-mile walk from the parking lot. To reach this area, walk your pet from the parking area down the Red Trail and then onto the beach. Dogs must be on a leash no longer than eight feet at all times. A state park vehicle admission sticker is required for entrance to the park.
