EKAL Activity Center
Dogs are welcome to join their owners at the EKAL Activity Center located inside Mills Falls Marketplace in Meredith, NH. Their kayaks and canoes are pet-friendly, so Fido can join in the fun on the water around Meredith Bay. The fee for canoes and solo kayak rentals is $35 per hour, $45 for a half day, and $65 for a full day. Double kayaks are $55 per hour, $65 for a half day, and $85 for a full day. Unfortunately, the SUP rentals do not permit dogs on board.

WOW Trail
WOW Trail is pet-friendly. This paved, multi-use rail trail in the City of Laconia is enjoyed by bikers, dog walkers and runners of all ages. Located alongside the active tracks currently leased to the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad, the trail currently spans from Elm Street in Lakeport to downtown Laconia and then on to the Belmont town line where it meets with Belmont’s Winnisquam Scenic Trail. Currently, the trail spans 4.25 miles, but there are plans for expansion. The WOW Trail has become a point of pride for the City of Laconia and is always full of people having fun and enjoying the sights of the city.
