The popularity of this winter recreation facility is probably down to the stunning views of White River Canyon and Mt. Hood. There's parking for 200 vehicles on site, so you should be able to find somewhere to park up, but to avoid the crowds during peak winter season, you and Fido should try to visit mid-week.
