Cumberland Bay State Park is a pet-friendly recreation area in Plattsburgh, NY. You and your leashed dog can enjoy the scenic views, camping opportunities and picnic areas at this park on the west shore of Lake Champlain. There's a maximum of two pets allowed in campsites and day-use areas.
