The City of Kaukauna won an award from the State of Wisconsin Recreation Association for this dog park. The 13-acre dog park contains three areas which are all grass-covered. There is a fenced in small dog area, a very large fenced in area for all dogs, and a fenced in pond where dogs can swim. There is also a walking trail around the perimeter of the pond which includes two bridges built by local Boy Scouts. The park is well-lit after dark & there are soda machines available for thirsty dog owners. The Kaukauna Dog Park is open daily from dawn until 11pm and is free to the public.

Small dog park off the South Park, open from late April to December (or first heavy snow) from 7 am until dusk. Trash cans are scattered throughout the park and bags are available at the entrances and outside the North park’s back gate. Directions: Take Northland Ave (Highway OO) east under US 441 overpass to French road, turn left and enter at one of two parking lots on the right side. First lot (“South Park”) has trails with benches along and the second lot (“North Park”) has a field and open-air shelter. A gate at the front and back of the North Park connects the parks.

Brown County Dog Park is open year round from 8 am to sunset. It is fenced, and has benches, tables, handicap access, poop bags, parking, restrooms, water and trashcans. It has two large divided sections, and a third smaller section that is for puppies only. Long trails follow the entire fence line. Cost is $15/dog per year (or $2/dog per use). Park Passes are available at local pet stores or may also be purchased via mail by calling (920) 448-6242. Dog owners may walk their dogs on-leash through the rest of the park.
