Water fountains, was stations, benches, and picnic tables are also available. In order to keep the Dog Park safe from non-vaccinated and unlicensed dogs, and those not compliant with the rules, the Dog Park is locked and restricted to Rockville residents only whose dog(s) are licensed with the City of Rockville. Dog licensing is handled by the Neighborhood Services/Animal Control Division of the Rockville City Police Department. All dogs older than four months are required to be licensed. See Details

Annual membership are available. Print off and mail the membership form found on our website or stop by the Carroll County Recreation and Parks office on S. Center St. to sign up.
