Fingal Heads Beach This is a fabulous dogs allowed beach. Dogs can swim in the surf and run along the gorgeous sandy beach and afterwards you can go for coffee, where the cafe owners put out fresh daily bowls of cool water for the dogs. See Details

Altona Dog Beach - Burns Reserve Bring your dog to Altona Dog Beach for some off-leash fun. Your salty dog will love frolicking on the sand, going for a swim, and socializing with other dogs. Open daily. See Details
Whiting Beach Leashed dogs are welcome to explore the western end of Whiting Beach in Yamba, AU. The sandy beach is an awesome spot to take Fido for a leisurely stroll or cool off in the water. There are only small waves as this beach is at the mouth of the Clarence River. Keep Fido away from the rock wall, which is the main swimming area. See Details
The Groynes Dog Park The Groynes is a securely fenced park with a number of different areas including spring fed streams, trees and open spaces and three agility courses. A BBQ and picnic area is also within the park, although dogs must be leashed in this area. Car parking available. See Details
Bottle Lake Forest Park Bottle Lake Forest Park is a pet-friendly recreation area in Christchurch, NZ. This popular mountain biking spot offers more than 1000 hectares of of pine forest. Fido is welcome to enjoy the walking and biking trails through the beach and forest, but must dogs be kept on a leash. Please clean up after your pets. See Details

Tathra Beachside Tathra Beachside is pet-friendly. Pets are a part of the extended family and they can enjoy cottages, treats, a dog wash station available, and a nice walk to the beautiful dog-friendly Tathra Beach. Pet supplies are also available for purchase at reception. Pets are welcome all year on their sites except for the first 2 weeks of our Christmas holiday period. See Details
Styx Mill Conservation Reserve Dog Park The Styx Mill Conservation Reserve offers a securely fenced area with two small ponds, lot of trees, and wide open spaces. Off road parking and toilets available. See Details
Templeton's Reserve Templeton's Reserve has great open spaces with plenty of room for pups to run. There are no gates or fences. The large pond is not suitable for swimming, but it is easy to walk around it. See Details
The Farm at Byron Bay Fido is welcome to join you as you explore and learn at The Farm! It is home to Three Blue Ducks, The Bread Social, The Garden Shed, and The Produce Store. The Farm requests that you keep your four-legged-friend on a lead at all times, and out of the indoor areas of its restaurant. The Farm at Byron Bay is open seven days a week from 7am to 4pm. The Sheepdog Memorial The Sheepdog Memorial in New Zealand is pet-friendly. In the 19th century, Scottish shepherds came to work in this area. The high country could not have been farmed without the border collies they brought with them. These have been immortalized forever in the form of a statue in Lake Tekapo. Dogs are welcome to view the statue on a leash, as long as all mess is cleaned up after them. The trails around the lake are also pet-friendly and lead to beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. See Details
Tallow Beach Tallow Beach is pet-friendly. The beach stretches for just under two miles and is located in the heart of popular spot, Byron Bay. The area is popular among visitors enjoying some swimming, bird watching, whale watching, beach fishing or just chilling out. Dogs are welcome off-leash, as long as they respond to your voice. Dog Beach at O’Sullivan Beach and Christies Beach Dog Beach at O’Sullivan Beach and Christies Beach is pet-friendly. From the southern end of Selway Terrace to the northern end of Heather Street, dogs are allowed off-leash at any time except during daylight savings (October-April) when they must be on a leash 10am-8pm. Goondiwindi Botanic Gardens Dogs are now allowed at Goondiwindi Botanic Gardens. You can bring Fido with you, and even let them off-leash on the paths of the 25 hectare gardens of Goondiwindi. The garden features a lake, floral gardens, playgrounds, BBQ areas, and paths that weave around them. They are open Monday through Sunday from 6am to 10pm. See Details
Lake Lyell Lake Lyell is a dog-friendly recreation area in New South Wales. Located on the outskirts of Lithgow just 2 and a half hours away from Sydney, the facilities include a kiosk, boat ramp, amenities block with hot showers, toilets, disabled toilet, covered BBQ area, kayak hire, picnic benches, park, designated swimming area, and powered and non-powered camping sites. Coles Beach Coles Beach is pet-friendly. Located in a coastal bay, bordered by a low cobble point to the west, the beach is moderately well exposed to west through northerly waves and is a popular surfing beach. Dogs are welcome on the beach to try a spot of surfing, play fetch or catch some rays. See Details
Kep track It is 75km which can be a 3 day hike with the trail starting at Mundaring weir and finishing at Northam. you walk through many towns, so water is not a problem it is an easy to moderate track and track is well labelled. cyclist and horse riders may also use the track. head on to- http://www.keptrack.com.au/ for more info. Centennial Parklands Centennial Parklands is one of the most dog-friendly public parks in Sydney - in fact approximately 43 percent (or 154 hectares) of its open space as off-leash areas. Centennial Parklands offer areas for both on- and off-leash dog walking. Sandstone Ridge and Federation Valley are both popular locations for off-leash dog walking.

Dogs are not permitted to swim in the ponds, in children's playgrounds, within 10 metres of Federation Pavilion and within 10 metres of Centennial Parklands Dining facility. However, there are dog tethering posts around the dining facility.

Dog Park at Federal Park Fido can play off-leash at the Dog Park at Federal Park in the Sydney suburb of Annandale, NSW. Pups can play freely on the grass areas at all times and on sports fields when no games are taking place. Afterwards, grill out with your dog at the BBQ area, find shade under a native tree and check out the restored Glebe railway viaduct. See Details
Botanic Gardens, Wellington, New Zealand The Wellington Botanic Garden features 25 hectares of unique landscape, protected native forest, conifers, specialised plant collections, colourful floral displays, and views over Wellington city.

Dogs are allowed if they are on lead and the owners clean up after them.

There are many entrances to the Garden including from Tinakori Road, Glenmore Street, Salamanca Road, Upland Road and the Cable Car.
