Larger dogs might want to sit this out as many of the higher end stores do not allow dogs inside if they are not inside a stroller. The mall is open every day of the week from 10am to 10pm.     Mikki Mall Mikki Mall is dog-friendly! The Mall welcomes well-behaved pets, as long as they are small enough to be in one of Mikki's complimentary pet strollers or leashed and under control at all times. Stores that allow Fido inside will have "dogs allowed" signs at their entrances. Pets are not permitted in areas that serve food; although Mikki does feature a Pet Cafe where dog owners and their canine companion can have tea.
