Bartholomew Park
Explore the 3-mile trail within Bartholomew Park with your dog. Take in the duck pond and windmill, weave through mature oaks, madrones, redwoods and vineyards, and follow wildflowers up the log steps and cresting at a view of San Francisco Bay. Free parking is available within the park, in the designated area. The trail is moderate to difficult in places and dogs must remain on leash at all times. Wine bottles to go can be purchased at Bartholomew Estate Winery to enjoy at the picnic tables inside the park.

Benicia State Recreation Area
Dogs are welcome at Benicia State Recreation Area in Benicia, CA, as long as they're on a leash no longer than 6' long. This dog-friendly park is home to 2.5 miles of road and bike paths for you and Fido to wander. Although tents are not permitted, there are three campsites available for people with motor homes or vehicles with trailers.

Napa Valley Vine Trail is pet-friendly. The trail will one day stretch for 47 scenic miles from the Vallejo Ferry to Calistoga. So far, 12.5 miles of Class I trail from Kennedy Park Off Leash Area in Napa to Yountville are completed. The project hopes to connect all of Napa Valley to provide locals and visitors alike with a safe place to walk dogs and cycle, plus a healthy alternative for pedestrians to explore the region’s vineyards. Leashed dogs are welcome, as long as they are cleaned up after. Napa Valley Vine Trail is open all day, every day.
