Wendy Park Wendy Park is pet-friendly. Bring Fido's binoculars and see if you can spot all of the 260 species of birds that have been recorded in the park, then take a walk around the 22-acre space. Dogs are welcome to leap into the water of Lake Erie from the park. Dog owners are reminded to keep pups leashed while walking on the trails and to clean up any mess that is left behind.
