Mount Constitution Loop Trail at Moran State Park Explore Mount Constitution Loop Trail, a 7.9 mile route within Moran State Park in Olga, WA. A challenging yet popular dog-friendly trail, hikers reaching the summit are rewarded with expansive views of the San Juan archipelago. Once reaching the peak of Mount Constitution, admire Ellsworth Storey's Tower, a historical landmark occupying a prominent hilltop position. Dogs are not permitted to enter or climb the stone tower.
