Originally a golf club, the area now features 1.5 miles of marked trails that wind through several of the course's old holes. The paths are popular among local dog owners as they provide wide open spaces for games of fetch. Leashes are recommended around the cliff area as it is very steep. It’s also a trail on which you could ride your bike while your dog runs alongside you or in a basket. Some years, in the summer months, Hummock Pond has had some algae issues that are hazardous to dogs. DO NOT let your dog drink from the pond.
