Will Rogers State Historic Park Leashed dogs are allowed at Will Rogers State Historic Park, home to the ranch owned by the famous actor of the 1930s, Will Rogers. This pet-friendly park features a 31-room ranch house, a stable, riding ring, roping arena, polo field, golf course and riding trails.
