March's Hill Dogs are welcome at March's Hill in Newburyport, MA. This pet-friendly location offers a shared-use approach for dog owners and those that do not own dogs. While these designated off-leash areas are not exclusively dog parks, they are open to everyone, including those wanting to let their dogs run leash-free.
