Every month, more and more hotels are opening their doors to four-legged guests. Whether newly constructed or newly pet-friendly, here are six hotels that are welcoming furry friends for the first time in December.

Left Coast Lodge

Nature-loving canines eager to explore the wonders in and around the Willamette National Forest will find a warm and cozy base camp at Left Coast Lodge. Four-legged guests receive yummy treats and feeding bowls upon arrival, and can take advantage of the newly built on-site fenced dog run. Suites and apartment-style rooms are equipped with hardwood floors, sleeper sofas, kitchenettes with mini refrigerators and microwaves, and private patios or balconies. Enjoy complimentary WiFi and parking on this 100% smoke-free property.

Slip on Fido’s hiking boots and hit the nearby Peterson Ridge Trail, a 15-mile scenic forest loop that welcomes leashed pups.

Left Coast Lodge accepts one pet of any size for an additional fee of $35 per stay, and two pets of any size for $45 per stay.

Located close to Little Havana, Downtown Miami and South Beach, Radisson RED Miami Airport offers jet-setting Jack Russell Terriers a fresh, eclectic spot to rest their paws after experiencing the vibrant Magic City scene. Out-of-town hounds receive plush beds, fancy feeding dishes and a stylish bandana at check-in. Contemporary rooms feature colorful South Florida decor, spacious work desks, hardwood floors, mini refrigerators and free WiFi access. Play ping pong and foosball in the on-site game room, work out in a state-of-the-art fitness center, and take a soothing swim in the outdoor pool.

Fido can play off leash at the nearby Miami Springs Dog Park. This fully fenced park features a separate area for small pups, agility equipment, water spigots and benches.

Radisson RED Miami Airport welcomes two dogs up to 30 lbs for no additional fee.

Staypineapple New York, An Artful Motel, Midtown

Nestled in the heart of the Big Apple, the aptly-named Staypineapple New York, An Artful Motel, Midtown is happy to accommodate Very Important Pooches of all shapes and sizes. Luxury, European-style rooms include unlimited complimentary bottled water, Keurig coffee makers, comfy bathrobes and high-speed internet. Munch on signature pineapple cookies or choose from a variety of other sweet and savory treats available in the lobby snack stand. The hotel also provides room service and beach cruiser bikes to explore the city. Note, there is a $25 daily amenity fee charged at check-in.

Fido can mingle with the locals just a few blocks away at Madison Square Park Dog Run, a fully fenced area with a separate section for small pups.

The Greystone Inn

Originally a lakeside mansion built in 1915, The Greystone Inn is a serene Southern hideaway for two- and four-legged vacationers. Furry visitors receive tasty Turkey Jerky, name tags, waste bags and a special pet cuisine room service menu. Palatial rooms and suites offering breathtaking lake and mountain views are outfitted with classic country decor, slate fireplaces, feather-top mattresses and high-speed internet access. Enjoy an intimate dinner at the Lakeside Dining Room or relax with a hand-crafted cocktail in the Mansion Bar. Book an afternoon spa treatment before taking a sunset cruise around the lake aboard Miss Lucy, the inn’s very own mahogany tour boat.

A hearty lunch awaits at The Falls Cafe & Grill, a charming local eatery overlooking gorgeous Toxaway Falls. Pups are permitted on the covered patio.

The Greystone Inn welcomes two dogs of any size for an additional fee of $150 per stay.

The Cassara Carlsbad, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Located minutes from California beaches and steps away from LEGOLAND and SEA LIFE Aquarium, The Cassara Carlsbad, Tapestry Collection by Hilton provides modern pet-friendly accommodations halfway between San Diego and Los Angeles. Mediterranean-themed rooms feature sitting chairs, beverage stations with Keurig coffee makers, mini refrigerators, free WiFi and private ocean-view balconies. Grab a bite to eat at the lobby restaurant, exercise in the on-site fitness center, and soak up some SoCal rays at one of two resort-size swimming pools.

Furry paisanos can savor the aroma of authentic Italian cuisine on the dog-friendly patio at nearby Gregorio’s.

The Cassara Carlsbad, Tapestry Collection by Hilton accepts two dogs with a combined weight up to 25 lbs for an additional fee of $85 per stay.

Staybridge Suites Waco South Woodway

Road-weary Weimaraners traveling across The Lone Star State will find all the creature comforts of home at the Staybridge Suites Waco South Woodway. Newly renovated suites come equipped with cozy sitting areas, work desks, and full kitchens with stovetops and dishwashers. Feast on beer and wings in the lobby Bridge Bar, squeeze in a workout at the on-site fitness center, and unwind at the poolside fire pit. There is no charge for parking or WiFi, and guest laundry facilities are available 24/7.

Treat Fido to tasty Tex-Mex favorites just down the street at La Fiesta. Pups are permitted on the covered patio.

Staybridge Suites Waco South Woodway welcomes two pets up to 50 lbs for an additional fee of $75 (for stays of 1 to 6 nights) and $150 (for stays of 7 nights or more).
