Every month, more and more hotels are opening their doors to four-legged guests. Whether newly constructed or newly pet-friendly, here are seven hotels that are welcoming furry friends for the first time in October.

Live! by Loews St. Louis
Located in the shadow of Busch Stadium, Live! by Loews St. Louis hits it out of the park when it comes to pet-friendly accommodations. Furry guests receive toys, treats, beds and a special room service menu at check-in. Sleek, contemporary rooms designed with a baseball theme offer spectacular stadium and city views, and come equipped with hardwood floors, cozy sitting areas, free WiFi, mini refrigerators and rain showers. Work out in a state-of-the-art fitness center and dine at one of three on-site restaurants, including a rooftop terrace lounge.
If your hound is hankering for thin crust pizza, Pi Pizzeria is just a few blocks away from the hotel. Outdoor tables are dog friendly, but call ahead to ensure availability.
Live by Loews St. Louis accepts two pets up to 75 lbs for an additional fee of $50 per stay.
The Blackburn Inn & Conference Center
The Blackburn Inn & Conference Center combines old-world charm with modern elegance to create an opulent pet-friendly paradise on 80 acres of scenic Virginia countryside. Very Important Pooches receive plush beds, feeding bowls, yummy treats and waste bags upon arrival. Deluxe Queen and Cozy Queen rooms contain hardwood flooring, lounge chairs, writing desks and spacious bathrooms with rain showers, plus high-speed internet and Keurig coffee makers. Guests can peruse the on-site art gallery, roam the manicured gardens, rejuvenate in the day spa and gather around the outdoor fire pit for “s’mores nights.”
Fido will love playing off leash in nearby Gypsy Hill Dog Park. This fully fenced park features separate areas for small and large pups, agility equipment and benches.
The Blackburn Inn and Conference Center allows pets of any size for an additional fee of $50 per night.
Nestled on the banks of the Savannah River in the “Hostess City of the South,” it should come as no surprise that the Thompson Savannah showers both two- and four-legged guests with southern hospitality. Luxury rooms feature a modern design fused with mid-century accents, cozy sitting areas with serene river views, and herringbone hardwood floors. Relax poolside in a private cabana, get a dose of daily exercise in the state-of-the-art fitness center, dine on savory regional dishes in the on-site restaurant, and marvel at stunning skyline views while sipping a seasonal cocktail at the rooftop bar.
Say hello to delicious farm-to-table cuisine and a spacious dog-friendly patio at Cha Bella, located a few blocks from the hotel.
Thompson Savannah welcomes two dogs of any size for no additional fee.
Hyatt Place Ocean City Oceanfront
Located at the center of the Ocean City boardwalk, Hyatt Place Ocean City Oceanfront offers furry beach bums the perfect spot to enjoy tasty waves and a cool buzz. Quaint lodge-style rooms feature custom-made furniture, country decor, luxury linens and private porches/balconies. Complimentary amenities include high-speed wireless internet and a full breakfast buffet. Take pups for a walk on woodland trails, enjoy the lush gardens and tranquil koi pond, and roast marshmallows under the stars while sitting beside the courtyard fireplace.
Breathe in the crisp Smoky Mountains air while sipping a cold craft brew at Round 6 Brewing. Leashed pups are welcome in the spacious outdoor seating area.
