Description
Ahoy Mateys, does your pet yearn for a “Pawrate’s Life?” Does your pet love to Grrrrrrrrr and be silly? Do you want to walk a plank? Come pawtcipate in the “Pawrates of the Caribbean” themed event. ALL PETS ARE WELCOME! A “Doggie Dash” kicks off the event and prizes will be awarded to the best time for: Senior Dogs (ages 10 & up), Large dogs, Medium dogs & Small dogs. Our Pet contests will include: “Best Pet Costume,” “Best Pet & Owner Costume,” and “Uniquest Pet Trick.” Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in each of the three categories.
Enjoy music with a DJ, vendors, pet caricatures, crafters, vendors, and food. Various Rescue Groups will be on-site with adoptable pets. The event is free, and if you wish to donate blankets, towels or kitty litter for our rescued friends, PupScouts Troop 8 will be collecting for our rescue friends located near the DJ booth.
