PAWS Chicago, the city’s largest No Kill humane organization, along with several other local shelters and rescue groups, will team up to bring the faces of Chicago’s homeless animals to dozens of stores and sidewalks along Roscoe Street.The 6th Annual Angels with Tails Roscoe Village, presented by Merrick Pet Care and sponsored by the Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce and Village Paperie, is an opportunity to stroll the sidewalks and see the wonderful homeless animals available for adoption.
