Description
A 5K walk/run event that helps raise money for Mid-Souths Canine for Veterans, a group that trains rescue dogs to become service dogs for U.S. Veterans diagnosed with PTSD. All dogs must be on leash during this event and retractable leashes are not allowed. Female dogs in heat, puppies under the age of 12 weeks, and pets with infectious diseases, parasites, or are not up to date on their vaccinations are not allowed. Proof of vaccinations is required. All dog owners will be required to sign paperwork stating they assume responsibility for any injury or death of a person caused by their pet. No child under 17 years of age is permitted to run with their dog. Please note that you must pickup your packet prior to the race at Paw Paw's Pets, times available to do so are Thursday, September 29th, 3:30-6:30PM, Friday, September 30th, 3:30-6:30PM and Saturday, October 1st 6:30-7:30AM.
