    Description

    A fun filled day starting with the 5K and the annual Doggie Dash! Also happening is the Hyco Family Fun Fest - plan to stay after the race to enjoy all it has to offer. The Hyco Memorial 5K is being held to honor a fallen ACSO K-9 hero, Hyco and to raise money for K-9 Units across South Carolina.

      Disappointed

      The directions from their run sign up page took me literally into the middle of a cow pasture 20 min away. As a result I was late, but not enough to not compete. They ran out of PINS for the bibs, I had to carry mine in my hand - kind of a ridiculous thing to run out of at a race. As a result, for whatever reason, my chip did not register and I never received an official finishing time. Very disappointed as I felt me and my dog did very well, and passed many others although we were the last ones to go.
