Description
Dress up in your Halloween best and parade down Cedros with your pup! Costume Contest will start at 11:30 AM. There will be 3 special guest judges who will determine who will take the crown for "Best Dressed!" The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place pups will get to walk in front during the parade! The Parade down Cedros will start at 12:30 PM
