Whether you call it Pork Roll or Taylor Ham, this cult favorite meat, still made in Trenton, is one of Jersey's most beloved edible treasures. Trenton Social throws the best Pork Roll party every year on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, featuring food trucks, beer garden and full bar, music, games, and more. Dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations and have their tags on, and must be friendly, socialized and leashed.
