Description
Bring Fido out to Oklahoma's largest Halloween celebration! There will be a Halloween parade, pet costume contests, free candy, face painting, food and much more! The pet costume contest is held at 10:00 AM at the City Veterinary Hospital, and the parade begins at 11:00 AM on Peoria Avenue from 45th to 33rd.
