Project Freedom Ride's All About Dogs 5k Run/1 Mile Walk Bring Fido to the annual All About the Dogs 5k/1k race. Participants are able to run or walk the route with their dog. After the races, Project Freedom Ride will host a celebration with live music, food trucks, and competitions. Prizes will be awarded for the race and competition winners. Fremont Fair Held annually in mid-June to coincide with the Summer Solstice, the weekend draws more than 100,000 people to shop, eat, drink, mingle, groove, and enjoy all manners of creative expression. Founded in 1972, the Fremont Fair is one of Seattle’s most beloved neighborhood street festivals, featuring a weekend of eclectic activities that celebrate the quirky Fremont community. Artistic highlights include craft and art booths, street performers, local bands, wacky decorated art cars, and of course the free-spirited Solstice.

Please make sure your dogs are well-mannered and on a leash. It may be best to carry small dogs in the crowds. Don’t forget! On Sunday at 2:30 pm, your pooch can strut his stuff in the annual Dog Parade!

Fremont Fair Sunday Dog Parade The Dog Parade, paralleling its human counter part, will march through the Fair Grounds featuring furry friends of all shapes and sizes. Registration takes place on 34th Avenue, at the COLA tent from 11 AM -1:30 PM. Registration fee benefits COLA, Citizens for Off Leash Areas and is required per dog family. The Dog Parade will be led by Blue Thunder!

Please note that the fair is dog friendly all weekend long, but on Saturday after the Parade, the Fremont Fair is brimming with excited fair-goers. Please make sure your dogs are well mannered and on a leash. It may be best to carry small dogs in the crowds.
