last time I was in Whistler I found these places for my Blue Heeler

Off Leash Parks

Rainbow Park Before 10 am and after 8 pm
Dog Area - all day

Meadow Park Before 10 am and after 8 pm
Alpha Lake Park Before 10 am and after 8 pm
Arf'a Lake Dog Area - all day
Spruce Grove Baseball Field when not in use

Off Leash Beaches

Barking Bay Rainbow Park
Canine Cove Lost Lake
