Best Place to eat

Our Pepper loves spagetti so we go to Arnies downtown Plattsburgh and get carry out and to the beach and enjoy it together!
Best place is off of New York near the old Air base. Plenty of paved trails and other dogs around and a GREATVIEW of the lake and mountains. Tables available by the beach.
