travel from atlanta to connecticut dog parks, hotels, along the way?

Hi I'm traveling from Georgia to Connecticut with my well behaved
dog who loves to visit dog parks and sit on restaurant patios with us.
Any suggestions on how to find dog parks along the way and hotel
or restaurants willing to accept dogs? thanks
