How to bring dog into the US from Argentina?

Hey guys!

First off this website is GREAT! Thanks to the creators!

My husband and I are moving from Buenos Aires to Chicago in about 5 weeks. We have a three year old dog (Cindy Sherman) and would like to know what we need exactly to bring her in. I know we need a certificate from a vet proving that she's healthy and all up to date on her vaccinations...Is there anything else we need to know?
ALSO are there any natural remedies we can give her to calm her down--not tranquilize, but calm her.
