With all of the dog owners in this area why isn't there a little piece of beach that we can take our small well behaved dogs to for a little sand and surf time?

I agree. When I visit now, I go elsewhere and spend my money in a place that allows dogs on the beach. I'm sure Gulf Breeze would like to have our tourist money; allowing a little dogtime on the beach would attract people like me.
