Barking Dog at others

Does anyone know how i can get my miniature pinscher to stop baring when he sees another dog on the street? I have tried everything and nothing helps!! Please help!!!

The thing about that is dogs are very territotial. the dog feels that it need to protect you, you are his territory. you need to remind him/her that it is okay. but he just trying to protect you.
