Beaches

Are there any beaches in the area that I can take my dog to? At the time of travel she will be 17 weeks old and about 10 lbs. Would love to stay at a hotel on the beach. We will be visiting my son who is in training in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area, and I know dogs are prohibited on Cocoa Beach beaches.

I have only been able to take my dogs on a few beaches in Florida, and they were all privately owned. You could take a chance, but you could get a ticket. I have taken mine on the beach at night when there is no people and less risk for a ticket.
