Moving to Casablanca

I'm looking for advice . I will be moving to Casablana for approx six months to marry and reside with my Moraccan husband. I want to bring my little Shih Tzu with me but am worried about owning a dog in the city. I'm looking for any information which will help me decide on bring him with me. I hate the thought of leaving him behind.
