Holiday Inn Selma Not so pet friendly

I travel with 2 dogs who are crated during the day while I work as a consultant. Last week I waited 4 days to finally have my room cleaned. As of today, it will be 6. Was told to leave the Do Not Disturb sign off the door, which I did. Staff placed a Pets in Room sign there 2 days ago and my room has still not been touched, Not a happy camper right now
