Vaccination Records

We plan to do a cross country trip in our RV with our 2 small terriers. They are both vaccinated but not up to the legal standards. One dog has severe allergies and shots are prohibited for her. The other dog had a severe reaction to shots, was titered for DPT and has immunity. I am reluctant to expose the dogs to the risk of the rabies vaccine and wouldn't mind paying for the rabies titer to check their immunity. My question is, how closely do most campsites check vaccination records? Does anyone know if the titer documents would suffice?
