mystery illness

My mothers dog is six months old and has been in Bucerias for three months. His name is Moe. He has been having attacks for three + days, starting at suppertime, he was suddenly crying out in pain and did not eat. My mother found a dead wasp or bee the next morning on her patio, but squished it without identifying it. He has seen the vet twice. He is at this point not drinking, a couple sips yesterday after which he threw up. Nothing to eat for two days. Does anyone recognize these symptoms? Prayer would be appreciated.
