Dog Parks in Minnesota Mpls area

We are driving to Mpls area, Washington County.
Woodbury, Stillwater, Mpls, St Paul

can anyone recommend some great dog parks in the Twin Cities metro area? also, are any dog parks on a beach and a lake?
