Website lack of information
The website doesn't tell you that only rooms with 2 queen beds are pet friendly. Had to call each hotel we booked with this chain to make sure we will be guaranteed a room that allows our dog.
Hopefully all will work out when we get there.

Lack of hotel information
Hi Jules! BringFido tries to provide all that information for each hotel, but policies often change before updates can be made. The call center at BringFido is available 7 days a week from 7am to 1am EST, and can make all those calls for you ahead of booking. The BringFido concierge team also confirms all reservations with hotels directly to make sure you are in a pet-friendly room and there are no surprises at check-in. Hope you have a great trip!
