Vet in PV expeienced with Spinal Surgery??

Does anyone know if there is a VETINARARY NEUROSURGEON I
in Puerto Vallarta? Or Guadalahara?
Or a vet who has experience with surgery on herniated disks of the vetebrae?
Please help, without a referral I am reluctant to bring my furbaby down. She has Intervertebral disk disease (herniated disk in her spine) and if it pops she could become paralyzed without wuick surgical i tervention
