Oceanfront living just doesn't get any better than this. The beach is right outside your door. Walkway straight from your deck, to the white sandy beach. There is always a nice summer breeze that keeps you comfortable when having fun in the sun. We have a new solar heated outdoor shower for 2021. There are beach umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles, pails and shovels to keep you busy if you want to be active. A Bocci set and/or a frisbie if you want to take it up a notch. Others like relaxing on the deck, sitting in the new 'rockers' 2021, under the shade of the overhang and watching the pelicans fly by or see the dolphins hanging out. During turtle season, you may even see a loggerhead. See the unobstructed view of the stars at night. Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen. We even have complimentary k-cups, Hot Chocolate, and tea for your arrival, to get you by until you make your grocery run. Do you like to grill at the beach? We have a gas grill all ready for your world famous burgers. We have board games, card games and books to satisfy the kid in anybody. Pirate stories, lighthouse books, shells and more, Direct Tv throughout!
Of course we are dog friendly so we have the pooch covered too. Dog bowl, toys, and need we say more, a good supply of doggie pick up bags.
Inside when you retire for the evening, the Master welcomes you with a brand new June 2016 queen pillow top mattress and it's own bath. The other bedrooms have brand new 2016 queen and 2 doubles. So we have sleeping arrangements that you need to make Papa Bear, Mama Bear, and the other bears rested and happy. Truly a story book setting, but you supply the story line and ending. Sunrises are beautiful and sunsets are breathtaking...Enjoy!

Wonderfully perfect cottage

This place had everything you need and even things you might not think about! Plus the owner is friendly, easy to communicate with and very helpful. The views and location are also great. Everyone was so happy, thank you!

Love this place!

There's something really special about having your own walk way to the beach. The weather wasn't perfect in March but it was nice to watch the larger than normal waves from the comfort of the couch! Great stay.

Great Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, bright and had everything we needed. Walk out the door and your on the beach! Barry was very thorough in communicating. I highly recommend this wonderful home.

Wonderful Accommodations!

This was our second stay at Barry's beach house on Emerald Isle. We can't say enough positive things abut it. The location can't be beat...just steps from the beach. Although we stayed in February, which isn't considered beach weather, we enjoyed our morning tea/coffee inside while enjoying the ocean view. The beach was perfect for walking throughout the day, not crowded this time of year and so peaceful. Barry has thought of everything as far as amenities. We didn't do much cooking, but he is fairly well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc for what we did need. The house is very nice and was clean and comfortable. We needed a relaxing week and that's just what we got.We hope to return next year.

After that it was only a matter of time before we moved. We brought our children up here in such a friendly and wonderful place it's hard to imagine ever living anywhere else. We could not be more blessed.

There are many properties available in all sizes, and prices. But this, feels just like home. Everyone who stays says the same thing. It is so relaxing and lovely, 'it feels like home' and it does! Check our reviews!

What makes this property unique

Composite decking, new dishwasher, wood flooring in bedrooms. Direct TV, 4 flat screens and brand new pillow top mattresses...Our furnishings are very nice and we make everything just like we would like. We have traveled to many places and stayed in many a hotel. condo etc. We believe that our experiences have helped us make the home just what we thought all of our vacations stays should have been like.
