I booked a non-smoking room however as soon as I walked in it was heavily permeated with cigarette smoke, and you can hear everything through the walls, especially when the upstairs guests are showering. The upside is they allow dogs and give you the choice of up or downstairs. They gave me a corner unit which was nice because I had to leave my pup there shortly and made me feel at ease that if she did cry she wouldn’t bother any of the other guests.

and a reasonable short notice availability. The room itself was clean but nothing fancy. Bare wood floors make sense for most dogs, though ours hates 'em. No fridge, microwave or coffee maker. Lots of grass on the premises.

A basic room but quiet and clean. The pup was welcome and I was grateful to have a place to rest my head. I would stay here again.

Where to begin? Between the prostitution and drug use in the parking lot, switching rooms because of smeared blood on the floor, rooms that wreaked of smoke, filth and grime everywhere, semen on the sheets and a brown bathtub... the only other other thing I minded was the giant police bust in the parking lot which stirred all the junkies up who were sleeping or partying in their cars. I would say come armed if you must, and bring bleach and a sleeping bag. Rating: 5 turds!

I must say that this was the worst hotel experience I have had - and we were only in the room about 30 seconds. We initially booked two nights here. Driving into the parking lot, we started to get a bad feeling - many people outside smoking and hanging around. We walked into our room and it reeked of smoke and our eye immediately started burning. The floors were covered with dog hair and there was urine on the wall. We were not going to stay here as the smoke would make us both uncomfortable and ill. Besides that, there were broken beer bottles in the planters, and the dog area was in a dark confined area-not good for dogs or people. We requested a refund (we got some back) and found another place.
