    The Leland House & Rochester Hotel welcomes two pets of any size for an additional fee of $20 per pet, per night. Pets are only allowed in four designated rooms (two King Rooms, one Double Queen Room and one Specialty Suite). Both dogs and cats are permitted, and well-behaved pets may be left in rooms unattended for up to an hour. Beds, bowls, towels and treats are available, and there is a courtyard for pet relief.

    The Leland House and Rochester Hotel offer two distinct properties in historic downtown Durango. The Leland House built in 1927 offers rooms with kitchens or kitchenettes, gas fireplaces and private bathrooms. In the Rochester Hotel, each room is themed after a Western film made in the Durango area which used to be known as the Hollywood of the Rockies. A full gourmet breakfast is included each morning along with free parking and wireless internet. Our friendly staff will help answer any questions you may have about the area's activities and attractions.

    Safe Stay: The Leland House & Rochester Hotel has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Hand sanitizer is provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay.       Wonderful

      Traveling with a pet often means finding places to eat and sleep where your pup will be tolerated enough to make it through the night until your back in your car and on the road. It’s so nice to go somewhere where my doggo was treated like an equal traveler.
