    Seventy-Four Ranch Bed & Breakfast is the most unique bed and breakfast in North Georgia featuring the Old West ranch experience in wide open spaces for families, children, and even dogs to enjoy with genuine cowboys, trail rides, cookouts, campfires, boating, fishing, cattle, baby animals and much more in an authentic historic setting. Seventy-Four Ranch Bed & Breakfast is located in the lovely rolling foothills of the North Georgia Mountains, about one hour from Atlanta and Chattanooga. The historic Butler-Cape House (built in the mid 1800's) is the heart of the Ranch, and all rooms, cabins and suites are filled with antiques, artifacts and artwork, along with comfy beds, down pillows, quilts and fluffy towels. The experience at Seventy-Four Ranch Bed & Breakfast goes way beyond the rooms though. At night, you'll be invited to roast marshmallows around the campfire and listen to the true tales of the history of the ranch. Looking for a little adventure? You can ride, learn to rope like a cowboy, or fish for your dinner in Parker Pond. They've got the poles, bait and plenty of fish. But don't worry about going hungry if you don't catch anything - a hearty breakfast is served in the Butler-Cape House each morning with the freshest of foods, often straight from their garden.
