  Several problems!

  Our stay was horrible. We stayed for 6 days and we experienced several issues. To start, when we first arrived our shower was filthy and full of hairs. The shower drain had long hairs tangled in the drain and the corners of the shower had hair in the corners of the shower. If the shower wasn't cleaned you have to ask yourself, was anything cleaned?

  Our next issue was with communication. We just made a 12 hour drive and wanted to shower but couldn't do that until we cleaned it, which we did the next day, but since we couldn't do that we tried to watch tv. We quickly found out that the wifi password provided wasn't correct. So we tried to contact the owner and he wouldn't respond until later when it was around 11:30 and we were ready to go to sleep.

  The next day we bought cleaning supplies and brought food and water back to the house and put it in the fridge and then cleaned the shower. Then on that same night we wanted to watch TV since the WIFI was working now. We quickly found out that the TV had a delay and no matter what we did we couldn't get rid of the delay. So we couldn't even watch TV.

  When we woke up the next day all of our water and food froze in the fridge. So we figured maybe the temperature of the fridge needed to be adjusted. Turns it didn't matter and even on the lowest setting the fridge still froze our food and water, so we couldn't use the fridge.

  The next issue was the washer and dryer. Specifically the dryer was not drying our clothes until we ran the dry cycle 3-4 times. Also when we arrived there was already a load of towels inside of the dryer and they were still damp and smelled like mildew. Luckily we brought out own towels. They also only give you a single Tide pod for each day you spend there, which isn't near enough considering you can only wash a small load since the dryer only works if you dry 3 shirts at a time.

  Next it was the temperature of the house. I woke up sweating one night and I tried to find the thermostat to no avail. There is no thermostat to control the temperature. So have fun sweating.

  Next it was the trash can. The trash can was dirty and sticky on the outside and the foot pedal didn't work so we had to manually open the trash can with our hands every time we wanted to throw something away.

  I paid a lot of money to stay here for 6 nights and these were all issues I shouldn't have to deal with while I'm on vacation. I told the manager of the property about it and they offered me $20 for refund/compensation which was a slap in the face for me. Hopefully they fix these issues if any one else decides to stay here. Just know this was my experience and yours may be different.

  I also wanted to point out that I left this review on VRBO and they deleted the listing to hide my honest review. They also gave me a 1 star guest rating because I gave them an honest review. So that right there should tell you the kind of people you're dealing with. Good luck.
