On street parking is available year round on a wide 2 way street There are many bars/ restaurants walking distance from the Unit • 3 min drive to Downtown Buffalo • 20 min drive to Niagara Falls • 5 min walk to Delaware park •2 min walk to canisus college Washer and dryer are also available at the request of the guest.
