Relax in this custom built modern farmhouse with huge deck and pond. Peaceful country vibe in Westerville. Minutes to I-71, shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The home was built in 2019 and sits on a large 3 acre lot. Enjoy the screened in porch with fireplace and TV or spend time on the large deck overlooking the pond. Feel free to cast a line. There are polls in the garage. The kids will love the kids' room with triple bunk beds, craft area, and chalk wall.
