It's charm as it expanded into adjacent property and feels more like condos than a B&B. Also, the room we stayed in had almost no hot water pressure along with broken gaps in the blinds which made privacy an issue. I used to love this place, but other than location there is not much to recommend.

Maybe with continued Covid restrictions - it felt impersonal as we just picked up keys and dropped them off at 11am-2pm times. Was hoping to get more around - questions of how to get to the beaches, which are dog friendly (Kelly Ave is not) etc.

Health & Safety
Safe Stay: Zaballa House has enhanced cleaning and safety measures in place. Masks are provided to guests, and rooms are disinfected between each stay. Social distancing measures are in place, as well as physical barriers between staff and guests. Contactless check-in and check-out are available. Each room has a 24-hour gap period between stays, and hotel staff are required to wear masks.
