This hotel was horrible. Check in is at 3pm. I called ahead to see if I could drop my bags off earlier while the suite was being cleaned and they told me that would not be a problem. I showed up at the hotel around 2pm and couldn't even drop my bags off at the suite; they had to be left at the front desk. I asked the staff if the room would be ready by 3pm and they said yes. I went back to the hotel around 5:30 pm and the room still had not been cleaned and no sheets were on the bed. I had to wait until about 6pm to even get into the suite. The woman at the front desk was very friendly but unprofessional. I had booked a suite with 1 king size bed but when I got to the suite it had 2 double beds in it but at this point I just let it go. The suite was not clean. All of the drawers had dirt and debris in them. The carpet had glitter, confetti, and stains all over it. The refrigerator freezer had not been defrosted and was filled with dirty ice. There was a bug running around on the carpet. There were dirty washcloths with holes in them left in the bathroom. The TV reception was terrible, you couldn't even see the picture on the screen because it was so fuzzy. The room was so gross we actually had to leave to buy lysol and clorox wipes to take back to the room. There was a random car with a flat tire and no license plate parked in front of our room. Definitely a rough first night. The next day we left the suite at 10am and returned around 3pm ready to relax from the day and the housekeeper still had not been to the room to clean. We had to leave again to let the housekeeper come in to clean. I also brought my dog and when I took him for a walk, the parking lot was full of broken glass everywhere and I had to carry him so that he wouldn't cut his paws. We ended up staying the duration of our trip because we didn't want to forfit the money we paid. The day I checked out, the woman at the front desk was talking in Spanish on her cell phone and didn't even acknowledge me. Finally she began checking me out but did not stop talking on her cell phone once. I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. The owners should be ashamed to even run a hotel like this.
